Labour Rates

Remote Support

We can often resolve issues over the phone or via remote computer support. This is charged at £35 +VAT per half hour* during normal working hours.

Standard Charges

  • Per Engineer / Per Hour (Up to 1 hour callout) £99+vat

  • Per Engineer / Per Hour (2-4 hours) £55+vat

  • Per Engineer / Per Hour (4-8 hours) £35+vat

  • Per Engineer / Per Day London & Away (4-8 hours) £495+vat

  • Per Engineer / Over time (Per Hour over 8 hours) £65+vat

  • Labour rates are not divisible or negotiable. Incurred travel or parking charges may be added.

Working Hours

Our standard working hours are 9AM-5PM, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). Outside of these times may be negotiable and is dependent on our availability.
